Privacy Policy

Dernière mise à jour : 19 juillet 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of airportsboard.live ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use airportsboard.live (the "Site"). Please read it carefully. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are and scope

airportsboard.live is a free service that shows live flight information — arrivals and departures — for more than 6,000 airports worldwide, in 12 languages. Flight data is provided by a third-party API (AirLabs, airlabs.co).

The Site is operated by an individual (a solo operator), not a registered company. Throughout this policy we refer to this person as "the operator of airportsboard.live" or "we".

The Site does not offer user accounts or logins, does not host user-generated content, and does not sell goods or services directly.

This policy applies only to airportsboard.live. It does not cover third-party websites, services, or APIs that we link to or rely on.

2. What data we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, postal address, or similar identifying details. We collect a limited amount of technical information automatically.

Information collected automatically through server logs and analytics includes:

  • Your IP address.
  • Your browser type and user-agent string.
  • Device and operating-system information.
  • The pages you view and actions taken on those pages.
  • The referring website or link that brought you to the Site (referrer).
  • The date and time of your requests (timestamps).

This information is generated automatically by standard web-hosting logs and by our analytics tools. We use it to operate and secure the Site, understand how it is used, diagnose technical problems, and prevent abuse.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We and our partners also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and tags.

  • First-party analytics cookies: our analytics providers, Google Analytics and (on Russian-language pages) Yandex.Metrica, set cookies to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the Site (see the Analytics section).
  • Advertising cookies: our advertising partners, including Google, set cookies to deliver and measure ads (see the Advertising section).

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings and through the opt-out tools described below. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

4. Advertising

We plan to display advertising on the Site through Google AdSense and other advertising partners.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on the Site. Google's use of advertising cookies — including the DoubleClick DART cookie — enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the internet.

Third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on the Site and may use their own cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of ads and to personalize advertising content.

You can opt out of and manage advertising preferences through the following tools:

To learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services": https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

5. Analytics — Yandex.Metrica

We use Yandex.Metrica, a web analytics service provided by Yandex, to understand how visitors interact with the Site.

Yandex.Metrica is loaded only on the Russian-language pages of the Site (URLs beginning /ru/). Session recording (Webvisor) is disabled, so mouse movement, keystrokes and page contents are not recorded.

Yandex.Metrica sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, referring source, and the time of your visit. This helps us measure traffic and improve the Site.

Yandex processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at: https://yandex.com/legal/confidential

You can opt out of Yandex.Metrica tracking by installing the official opt-out browser add-on (https://yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html), by blocking cookies, or by using your browser's privacy settings.

5a. Analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the Site.

Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as a randomly generated identifier, your approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser data, the pages you view, the referring source, and the timing of your visit. We have not enabled Google Signals, and we do not send Google Analytics any information that identifies you personally.

Google processes this data as described at: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://business.safety.google/privacy

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, Google Analytics is loaded in a consent-denied state until you choose otherwise, so no analytics cookies are set unless you accept them. You can also opt out on any site using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

6. Affiliate links

The Site may contain affiliate links to third-party travel services, including Booking.com and Rentalcars. If you click such a link and make a booking or purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

These partners may set their own cookies or use similar technologies to track referrals and attribute bookings. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

7. Consent and your choices

You can accept, refuse, or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can use the advertising opt-out tools listed above.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, analytics and advertising storage is disabled by default and no non-essential cookies are set until you choose. A notice at the bottom of the page lets you accept or decline; your choice is remembered in your browser and applied to Google’s tags through Google Consent Mode. You can change it at any time by clearing site data for this Site. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

8. Legal bases and your rights

Where data protection law such as the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for analytics and advertising cookies); and our legitimate interests (in operating, securing, and improving the Site, and in preventing abuse).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; to request its correction or deletion; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Because we do not operate accounts, most of the data we hold is technical and may not identify you on its own. To exercise your rights, or if you have questions, contact us at egorovartemyt@gmail.com. We may need certain details to locate relevant data or to verify your request.

9. Data retention, security, and international transfers

Data retention: server log data is kept only for a limited period necessary for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention, and is then deleted or anonymized. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the policies and settings of the respective providers (Yandex, Google).

Data security: we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers: our analytics and advertising partners may process data on servers located in countries other than yours. Where this happens, those providers are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards for such transfers under applicable law.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 16 (or under 13 where that is the applicable minimum age). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at egorovartemyt@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

11. Third-party links

The Site relies on a third-party flight-data API (AirLabs) and contains links to third-party websites and services, including advertisers and affiliate partners.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Significant changes may be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

13. Contact

If you have any questions, requests, or concerns about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, contact the operator of airportsboard.live at: egorovartemyt@gmail.com.
