1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using airportsboard.live, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. These Terms apply to every visitor and user of the Site.

If you are using the Site on behalf of another person or an organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time as described in the "Changes to the Service and These Terms" section below. Your continued use of the Site after any change takes effect means that you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Service

airportsboard.live is a free, informational website that displays live flight boards, including arrivals and departures, for more than 6,000 airports worldwide and in multiple languages. The purpose of the Site is to give travelers, families, and other interested people a convenient overview of flight schedule information in one place.

The Service is provided free of charge. There are no user accounts, no login, no registration, and no user-generated content. We do not sell tickets, we are not a travel agency, an airline, an airport, or a booking platform, and we do not process bookings or payments of any kind.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and we are not obligated to keep the Site, any particular airport board, or any specific feature available.

3. Information Only — No Warranty of Accuracy or Real-Time Data

This is the most important thing to understand before you rely on the Site. Flight information shown on airportsboard.live is provided for general information purposes only. It comes from a third-party data provider (an external flight-data API) and is displayed on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not create, own, verify, or control the flight data, and we cannot guarantee that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or truly real-time. Flight times, gates, terminals, and statuses change frequently and often at short notice. Data may be delayed, cached, incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong due to factors entirely outside our control.

Do not use airportsboard.live as your only or primary source when making travel decisions. Always confirm flight status, departure and arrival times, gates, and any other critical details directly with your airline and the relevant airport before traveling to the airport, leaving for a flight, or meeting someone. The airline and the airport are the only authoritative sources for your flight.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, regarding the Site or any information displayed on it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and only in a way that does not harm the Site, the operator, the data provider, or other users. You must not misuse the Site.

In particular, you agree that you will NOT:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or extract data from the Site by any automated or manual means, including bots, spiders, scripts, or offline readers, except as expressly permitted by us in writing;

• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to disable or impair the Site, its security features, or its normal operation, including through denial-of-service attacks or the introduction of malicious code;
• reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Site or the flight data without our prior written permission and, where applicable, the permission of the data provider;
• use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, or that infringes the rights of others.

We reserve the right to limit, block, or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these rules or whose use we reasonably consider abusive, without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site itself — including its design, layout, structure, text written by us, user interface, logos, and other original content and materials created by the operator — is the property of the operator or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse these elements without our prior written consent, except for normal personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

The flight data displayed on the Site is not owned by us. It belongs to, and remains the property of, its respective providers and sources (including the third-party flight-data API and the airlines and airports from which that data originates). Nothing on the Site transfers any rights in that data to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and brands (for example, airline or airport names) that may appear on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

6. Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, as well as advertising and affiliate links (for example, to travel-related partners such as accommodation or car-rental services). These are provided for convenience and to help support the free operation of the Site.

We do not control third-party websites, advertisers, or affiliate partners, and we are not responsible for their content, products, services, pricing, availability, privacy practices, or policies. A link or advertisement does not mean we endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for that third party.

If you follow a link, click an advertisement, or make a purchase or booking with a third party, you do so at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policy. Any transaction is solely between you and the third party. We may receive a commission or fee from affiliate or advertising partners, at no additional cost to you; this does not affect the information we display.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of airportsboard.live shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

In particular, and without limiting the above, we are not liable for any missed flight, missed connection, delay, additional cost, or any other loss or inconvenience resulting from your reliance on flight information displayed on the Site. As stated in Section 3, you must always verify flight details directly with your airline and airport.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator of airportsboard.live from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

This obligation survives your use of the Site.

9. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part or feature of it, at any time and without prior notice or liability. The Site is a personal, free project, and its availability or feature set is not guaranteed.

We may also revise these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Service, in our data sources, in our use of advertising or analytics, or in applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Any changes take effect once the revised Terms are posted.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by the applicable law of the country in which the operator resides.

Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with that applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws that apply to you.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
