About airportsboard.live
airportsboard.live is a free airport directory and arrivals and departures board in 12 languages. Boards show received flight data; an airport being in the directory does not guarantee a current snapshot. No app installation or account is required.
Our goal is simple: give travelers and the people waiting for them a fast, clean, up-to-date view of what is landing and taking off, wherever they are.
What you can do here
- Find an airport by city, name or IATA code and open its board when data is available.
- Check flight status, scheduled and estimated times, and gate or terminal details where available.
- Read the boards in 12 languages, so the information is clear whether you are at home or abroad.
Each board shows the age of its data. A saved snapshot can lag behind the current situation.
Who it is for
airportsboard.live is built for anyone who needs to know what is happening at an airport right now: travelers tracking their own flight, friends and family driving to meet an arrival, and people who simply want to confirm a departure before leaving for the airport.
If you have ever refreshed an airline app in the parking lot wondering whether a flight has landed, this site is meant for you.
How it works
Flight data comes from the third-party provider AirLabs (airlabs.co). We save received snapshots and display them in a consistent board format for each airport.
Because the information comes from external sources, it can occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Please always verify critical details — final gate, boarding time, and any schedule change — directly with your airline or the official airport before you travel. airportsboard.live is an information tool, not an official source, and should not be your only reference for time-sensitive decisions.
When a visitor opens a board whose data is at least 10 minutes old, the site requests an update. A newer snapshot is reused without another provider request. If an update is delayed or unavailable, the last received snapshot remains visible. Check its age: an automatic page refresh does not guarantee new data.
Our measurements confirm scheduled passenger service at about 2,791 airports. The directory also contains airports without confirmed scheduled service and airports with insufficient data. An unknown status does not mean there is no service. Where the absence of scheduled service is confirmed, the page explains this and identifies the nearest airport with such service.
Airports that have closed are marked as closed, with the year and the airport that took over their traffic, rather than being quietly left to look operational.
An honest note about who runs this
airportsboard.live is an independent project run by a single person — a solo operator, not a company or a large team. It grew out of a genuine interest in flight data and a wish for flight boards that are fast, free of clutter, and usable in many languages.
Being small keeps the site focused, but it also means feedback matters a great deal. If you spot something wrong or something that could be better, please get in touch through the contact page — it genuinely helps improve the service for everyone.
