Getting there

DART, TEXRail, bus to TRE

Three kinds of public transport depart from the terminals. From Terminal A — the DART Orange Line to downtown Dallas. From Terminal B — the DART Silver Line to north Dallas and Trinity Metro's TEXRail to downtown Fort Worth. The TRE LINK bus goes to CentrePort/DFW station on the TRE line, which links Dallas and Fort Worth.

Taxi

19 companies, lower level

Taxis from 19 companies wait on the lower level of terminals A, B, C, D and E. From 8:00 to midnight an airport attendant at the ranks assigns passengers to cars. After midnight a taxi can be called on +1-972-973-4061.

Lounges

Over 20 lounges, all terminals

The airport has more than 20 lounges and premium spaces. All five terminals are linked airside by the Skylink train, so eligible passengers can use lounges in any terminal regardless of their departure gate. Operators include American Airlines, American Express Centurion Lounge, Capital One Lounge, Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, The Club DFW, Plaza Premium Lounges and PS DFW.

Play area at D8, nursing rooms

The McDonald's Play Area is in Terminal D by gate D8, with a soft play structure, seating for adults and power outlets. Every terminal has nursing rooms after security: by gates A18, B40, C13/14, C36, D2, D36, E14 and E26.

Parking

Terminal, Express, Remote, Valet

Terminal parking is next to each terminal. Express has covered and open spaces by the north airport entrance, with a shuttle to the terminal. Remote is the airport's cheapest parking, with a free shuttle to all terminals. There is also Valet and two free Cell Phone Lots for people meeting arrivals. A space can be booked in advance on the airport's website or app.

Free Wi‑Fi: choose the “DFW Public 5G Wi-Fi” or “DFW Public 6E Wi-Fi” network and accept the terms. Charging stations with USB ports are at many gates; charging is free.

When will the passenger leave arrivals at DFW?

The “Landed” status refers to the aircraft, not to the passenger leaving the arrivals area. Baggage collection and passport control may take additional time. The board does not show when a passenger will come out.
